On Friday, November 14, 2025, the NeighborWorks Training Online Learning site (TEAM Online) will be retired. After that date, you will no longer be able to access your account or any self-guided courses via the site.

All coursework must be completed prior to Friday, November 14, 2025.

In January 2026, we’re excited to introduce the NeighborWorks Professional Learning Hub – your new destination for our entire online learning catalog. The new Hub will feature:

  • Enhanced navigation and easier browsing of courses
  • Improved course search to help you find exactly what you need
  • Mobile-friendly design for learning anywhere, on any device
  • Personalized learning recommendations to make the most of your training time

  1. Why is TEAM Online being retired?
    We’re moving to a modernized learning platform that offers better navigation, mobile compatibility, and personalized features to make your experience easier and more impactful.
  2. When will TEAM Online shut down?
    TEAM Online will be retired on Friday, November 14, 2025. After this date, your account and any self-guided courses in TEAM Online will no longer be accessible.
  3. What happens to my course history and transcripts?
    Your historical course history will not transfer to the new Professional Learning Hub. If you need a record of your past courses, please log into TEAM Online and download or print your transcript before November 14, 2025. After that date, you will need to contact our Customer Experience team at nti@nw.org to request a transcript history. Processing time may be delayed during the transition period.
  4. Will I need a new account in the Professional Learning Hub?
    Yes. The new system will require all users to create a new account when it launches in January 2026. Account details from TEAM Online will not carry over.
  5. Can I finish my current courses before the transition?
    Yes. We encourage you to complete any in-progress courses and download completion certificates before November 14, 2025.
  6. What will be different about the Professional Learning Hub?
    The new Hub will offer:
  • Faster, more accurate course search
  • Mobile-friendly access
  • Personalized course recommendations
  • A fresh, user-friendly interface
  • Improved integration with NeighborWorks Professional Learning programs
  • Group course purchases
  1. Will there be any downtime between TEAM Online closing and the new Hub opening?
    Yes. There will be a short gap between November 14, 2025, and the new Hub’s launch in January 2026. During this time, online courses will not be available, but we’ll provide updates and sneak peeks of the new platform.
  2. How will I know when the new Hub is ready?
    We’ll share announcements via email, our website, and the Professional Learning Hub Transition Information Page so you can create your new account and get started right away.
