This latest issue was sponsored and curated by the Fund for Shared Insight, resulting in a compilation of cross-sectional perspectives on listening as an active process. Writing the article provided welcome space for co-authors Melissa Monbouquette with the de Beaumont Foundation and Jessica Mulcahy with Success Measures to reflect on five years of working and thinking together to create structures for listening into BUILD’s culture.
Welcoming Rebecca Piatt to the Success Measures Team

“I’m delighted to continue learning and evaluation work to help housing and community development organizations collect and use data more effectively,” she said. “This year, I’ll be overseeing an evaluation in the DC region. I am excited to contribute to affordable housing initiatives where my family lives and works.”
Rebecca is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and works out of our DC office. You can reach her at rpiatt@nw.org to introduce yourself and say hello.
