• Measuring for Impact: Strategies for Success (CB200) — Whether you are designing a new program or strengthening an existing one, this three-day course will help you articulate outcomes, apply frameworks like theory of change and logic models and measure progress through outcome evaluation.
• Real Estate Finance Nuts and Bolts (AH121) — This entry-level course introduces the key components of real estate financing, from loan amortization to basic financial calculations using spreadsheets. It is an ideal starting point for those new to development finance.
